10 min Meditation
Here is a simple partially guided meditation that will help settle the nervous system, relax the body and clear the mind.
If you do this every day or at least 4 days a week you will start to see a tremendous shift in your mental clarity as well as your energy.
Try to do it first thing in the morning before the demands get too high and the reactive mode fight or flight kicks in.
Or if you have little kids maybe try it after you put them to bed when things are quiet around the house.
Remember consistency is key!
